‘I love it but I am not completely In love with it, can I still return my order?
Due to being a handmade company, we do not accept Refunds. We are confident that you will be more than satisfied with your product. However, if you do wish to exchange for a different size, please contact our customer service email Info@siibello.co.uk to request an exchange. Please add a note in your return with your name and order number. We are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of your item. Exchange will only be accepted if we have received the item no more than 7 days after delivery and the item is displaying no signs of wear, Ie. Perfume scent, or Makeup marks. All items that have the tag removed, will not be eligible for exchange. We aim to process exchanges within 7 days after receiving the return.
‘ I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?’
Accidentally put down the wrong address or ordered the wrong size? Our packing team processes and packs orders at an amazing lightning speed (to ensure your new favourite SiiBello outfit arrives in time for your event) however if you let us know by emailing us at Info@siibello.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order, we will do whatever we can to help.
‘ The Item I want is out of stock. What are my options now?’
The great news is we have a team dedicated to re-stocking popular items within a few weeks of them selling out. Sign up to our newsletter to get notified when what you’re after is back on our (virtual) shelves.
‘I am so excited about my order, is there a way I can track it?’
Believe me—we’re so excited for you to receive it! Once we’ve shipped your order we will email you your tracking information, so keep an eye on your inbox for alerts and updates.
